SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
 

Shipping the products in Hungary is being executed by "UPS". Shipping to anywhere else is done by a chosen professional shipping company UPS express.

Orders that are 500 Euro (net worth) or below will be charged with a delivery fee. Delivery fee in Hungary is 1500 HUF (gross amount), while shipping overseas costs more. The exact amount of shipping fee will be shown on the pro forma invoice issued before dispatching the package to you. Shipping is free for orders above 500 Euro.

Small products are being packaged in an air cushioned envelope, while bigger products will be dispatched in a cardboard box in order to provide protection during delivery time until the products arrive at you.

WHEN AND HOW THE DELIVERY HAPPENS?

The delivery happens on weekdays between 8-16 o’clock in Hungary's whole area. We inform you via email about the starting of the delivery.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MY PARCEL?

After preparing your package we hand it over to our contracted delivery partner, about which  we send a notification e-mail and SMS as well.

FREE DELIVERY AGAIN!

If the courier is unable to perform delivery of goods, a note is left about the parcel. You can inquire about the shipment on the phone number stated in the note. In case of unsuccessful delivery the delivery company will attempt delivering the pakage at the agreed appointment free of charge.

PLEASE OPEN THE PACKAGE AND CHECK ITS CONTENT BEFORE PAYING IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER!

Complaints relating to the content of the package can be accepted only in case if the fact of the loss or damage is recorded on the bill of freight in the presence of the courier.
