The fading and absorption of PMU lips:
The formed, final colour, the degree and pace of fading, and also of what colour a certain pigment will change to during the years depends on the guest’s unique characteristics. These depend on the human body and condition of the skin which means inner, outer and inherited factors. In general we can say that lips PMU usually lasts for 1-3 years and depends on the previously mentioned factors.
Things that depend on the implementation of the PMU:
The darker/more intense colour we use, the longer period of time we can expect it to last.
The lighter colour we choose, the PMU will fade in a shorter time.
The thicker the pigmentation, the longer the PMU will last.
The more powdery pigmented the skin is, the quicker the PMU will fade.
Based on what should we choose colour?
Ask your client to bring a favourite coloured lipstick, lip contour pencil, lipgloss or anything they like to use to make choosing the colour easier. Choose colours that suit the best to the personality and character. If your client’s lips has a purple, purple-brown shade, then be careful with the dark, cool and pink shades, use instead orange colours (purple’s complementer colour is orange!). The colour of the skin and the colour of the pigments will both be added to the final colour that develops in 6 weeks. Until then it changes its colour.
Prevention of herpes:
There are many people who have issues with herpes virus within their bodies that occasionally activates for certain effects and tiny blisters appear on the surface of the lips. The lips PMU will 100% bring out this issue. To prevent it: 3 days before the lips PMU start taking medication to prevent herpes, then finish the full package that was described. In this way the herpes can be prevented. During correction the process is the same.
Mixing of pigments:
Every colour can be mixed with any other, in the interest of creating the perfect intensity and shade of colour, that we imagined before we planned. See in the Mixing tips table.
The aftercare of lips PMU:
Make sure you give your client a small bottle of skin disinfectant, that she needs to put on a dry cotton pad and soak on the lips PMU. After it dried (which is also the period of effectiveness), you need to put on the recommended Rosa Herbal Skin Care After Care Balm or Lip Care stick. You must do the lips’ disinfection for 4 days, 3-4 times a day, mainly after eating. This way you can prevent bacteria caused infection. The after care must be used for 10-14 days and you shouldn’t let the lips to dry out as the pigments can come out of the skin. If you make sure you have a thin layer of balm on the fresh PMU then you will support the smooth healing process and the perfect pigment implantation.
